DescriptionPortrait of Tom of Ganado wearing two beaded necklaces over a red shirt and a woven blanket around his shoulders. His dark hair is pulled back from his face and a red scarf is tied around his head. Text printed on the front of the card indicates he worked as an artist for Fred Harvey's Indian Building in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Handwriting on the back reads, "Dear Uncle Henry, The mornings and evening are nice and cool. Last night we passed through Oklahoma. This morning Texas and are now in New Mexico. We are having supper in Albuquerque tonight. May Ruth".On View
