BiographyMateo Romero was born in Berkeley, California in 1966. He has exhibited his work extensively in the United States and Canada. Romero received his masters of fine arts in printmaking from University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He works in his studio in Santa Fe and lives in Pojoaque Pueblo, New Mexico with his wife and three children.
