DescriptionA polychrome, ceramic canteen with a painted design and a turtle applique. The canteen lays on its side and features a round body, a slightly flared opening, and two handles. The bottom of the canteen is red and surrounded by a black scalloped design. A white turtle applique sits on top of the canteen, surrounded by a black and orange geometric design composed of triangular forms and fine lines. The turtle has a wide, flat, circular shell with an indented, corrugated texture. It has short, wide legs and a small head and tail.
