DescriptionThis steel copy board has a utilitarian rectangular design with raised edges and a sturdy, hinged clamp at one end. The surface features an embossed “X” reinforcement pattern, indicative of its function as a durable writing or copying tool. The clamp mechanism is secured by rivets and a lever, allowing paper or documents to be firmly held in place. Copy boards were commonly used in offices, businesses, and print shops for drafting, duplicating documents, or stabilizing paper during writing.
