DescriptionThis NASA engraved cup accompanies a box, wrapping, paper documents, engraved from Buzz Aldrin, Neil Armstrong, and Michael Collins, with NASA and Apollo 11 logos. The sterling silver beaker commemorates the Apollo 11 moon landing of July 20, 1969. The tapered cylindrical vessel features an engraved NASA logo above the names of the three Apollo 11 astronauts: Edwin E. Aldrin, Neil A. Armstrong, and Michael Collins. Below this, a raised medallion replicates the Apollo 11 mission insignia, depicting an eagle landing on the moon with Earth in the background. The beaker’s polished silver surface reflects light, with a contrasting gold-washed interior. The beaker is housed in a deep blue leather-covered presentation box with gold-tone clasps and a hinged lid, lined with cream-colored satin. Accompanying documents include an official NASA letter, a printed informational insert describing the beaker, a newspaper clipping discussing its potential as a collectible, and a telegram. On View
