DescriptionThis is a rectangular-based cast-iron polishing iron with affixed iron handle. The vertical edges of the iron base are rounded to smooth out wrinkles in more delicate clothing. The iron handle has two large holes on its underside, near where it is affixed by cylindrical metal wires. Botanical motifs are painted on the bottom and sides of the iron's body, with four pink-white flowers painted on the bottom. On View
