DescriptionThe Albuquerque Volunteer Fire Department poses in New Town, Albuquerque, New Mexico. The group of volunteers are gathered, all male presenting, sitting on top of the Ferguson Hook & Ladder Co. cart and standing or laying on the dirt road below the cart. The Whiting Building behind them is located at Gold Avenue and Second Street. In the group is Wright Grander, Charlie Randoff, Charlie Jacoby, Jimmy Cosgrove, Martin Tierney, Billy Mason, W.J. Mccreight, Joe Isherwood, Joe Shannon, and P.F. Mc Canna. The volunteers are wearing matching uniforms which include caps and collared shirts with a trim and metal buttons in a wide U formation.
