DescriptionTwo barefoot children in overalls and newsboy caps stand in a dirt lot beside a dirt road in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Behind the children are two adults on the edge of the lot, near an adobe wall. they stand against a utility pole and line of tall leafing trees outside the adobe wall. The adults wear large brim hats and one leans on the long handle of a tool. On the opposite side of the wall are homes. On the street stands a man in a hat, vest, button-down shirt, and bowtie. He points towards the homes. Silver mirroring and emulsion deterioration is occurring on the glass plate creating color distortion and emulsion loss. This glass plate has been broken in half.
