DescriptionThe U.S. Food Administration Relief Corps gathered in a dining hall in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Female corps members stand and sit in an arched arrangement between rafters in the hall. Small rectangular tables with lace table cloths and vases with flowers cover the tables. The women wear uniforms of white long skirts, wide collard blouses, and peaked hats with a circular symbol on the front. They also wear ribbons pinned to their blouses. The walls are covered in patriotic flags and posters advertising for corn. There is a large staircase behind the workers to the left and two individuals in suits sitting at a table behind them to the right. Silver mirroring and emulsion deterioration is occurring on the glass plate creating color distortion and emulsion loss.
