DescriptionA landscape view of Isleta Pueblo, New Mexico. Single story adobe homes are clustered together with adobe brick walls in between. A log ladder leans against the exterior of a home, leading to the roof. The mission church, Saint Augustine, can be seen near the center of the frame, its two-spires peeking out amongst the homes. There is a cluster of trees to the left of the frame. Villagers can be seen scattered throughout, on the roof tops, in doorways, and crouching down leaning against an adobe wall. Silver mirroring and emulsion deterioration is occurring on the glass plate creating color distortion and emulsion loss.
