The dog is standing facing the left frame, with its hind legs on a table and its front paws elevated on a trapezoidal-shaped wooden stool that is painted a dark color with the word "MOON" painted at a diagonal across the front, just below a crescent shape. The dog's head is extended upward, nose to the ceiling. The dog's ears are pinned back and its tail is relaxed between its hind legs.
