DescriptionEleven men stand with stacks of hay and a grain threshing machine in an open field near Albuquerque, New Mexico. There is a grain threshing machine in operation removing the seeds from the stalks and husks of the grain and two men stand on and by the machine while four other men use pitchforks on the stacks of grain. The machine has large wheels and a belt attached to the actual threshing area and a young man stands with two men near the large back wheels at the right. At the left, one man stands on a horse-drawn flatbed wagon and another man stands beside the wagon as he loads sacks of grain onto it. They face the camera. There are bags of grain piled in the center of the frame and a pitchfork rests on top of the bags.On View
