DescriptionA group of twelve women and ten children are in a room with the women working at sewing with pedal sewing machines and hand stitching. They are in Albuquerque, New Mexico. There are five sewing machines with a woman working at each one. Other women work with hand stitching cloth in their hands. There is one woman standing in the back of the room holding an infant. A group of six boys stands in the back of the room in front of a row of hats and coats hanging on pegs on the back wall. There is another row of hats and coats hanging on pegs on the left wall. A row of radiators is installed near the back right corner of the room. Three young boys stand around the sewing machines near the front of the group.
