DescriptionThis metal pin has a bright red base and is shaped like the state of New Mexico. It includes a thin yellow border around the pin. The top portion reads "ALBUQUERQUE / ROCKHOUNDS / CLUB" in yellow lettering. To the right, a yellow Zia symbol is showcased. The center reads DOROTHY / CLARK in sizeable yellow lettering, while the bottom reads "ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.." Dorothy Clark is most notable for serving as the Secretary for the New Mexico Mountain Club in 1972 and her involvement in dousing an abandoned campfire on a club hike with several other members, resulting in receiving the Sandia Ranger District's "Give-A-Hoot" award.
