DescriptionThis object is a stethoscope comprised of two earpieces and a listening diaphragm that are joined together in a Y-shaped joint located towards the center of the object. The tube leading from the joint to the diaphragm along with the bottom thirds of the earpieces have a rubber coating. A small metal brace is located halfway along the earpiece tubes. The listening diaphragm has a small fabric strap attached to both ends. "STETHOSCOPE / B-D / BECTON DICKINSON & CO." is written in raised text on the inverse side of the diaphragm. The object is in good condition with very little to no visible corrosion.On View
