DescriptionThis object is a cylindrical glass needle guard containing a short, Luer-Lok style needle. The needle guard is segmented into three sections through two circular indentations located at about every third of the length of the object. The base of the object has a brown rubber stopper around the opening, and contains a small, "YALE" Luer-Lok needle. The arm of the needle is contained in the central segment of the object. A cotton ball or piece of gauze has been inserted into the opposite end of the object to guard the needle tip. The object is in good condition with very little to no visible signs of corrosion.On View
