DescriptionThis steel object consists of a ring-shaped frame at the head, a thumb-applicated locking mechanism in the center, and a small finger-hook grip at the bottom. Object is missing a tongue depressor that would be affixed to the bottom. The edge of the metal ring farthest away from the handle has a downward protrusion to hold the upper jaw in place. Noticeable corrosion along the outer edge of the frame. "HANNET" in small text is stamped near the handle of the object.On View
