DescriptionThis steel object consists of a ring-shaped frame at the head, a thumb-applicated locking mechanism in the center, and a small finger-hook grip at the bottom. Object is missing a tongue depressor that would be affixed to the bottom. The edge of the metal ring farthest away from the handle has a downward protrusion to hold the upper jaw in place. Noticeable corrosion along the outer edge of the frame. "HANNET" in small text is stamped near the handle of the object.
