DescriptionChief Pontiac service station at 625 North Second Street in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The single-story building includes two large work bays for car services. Cars are parked in the parking lot and a showroom is near the front of the building. There is a tall sign on top of the showroom roof that has a silhouette of a head with a feathered headdress and the word, "PONTIAC" spelled vertically. A Chevron gas station sign is at the corner. Handwriting on the back reads, "Hello friend rec'd your letter. We are having nice weather down here. I just wrote to Thelma Hooser. Some sweet kid she is. Tell your girls hello. Nothing new to write about. Betty has quit work and is at home with me. Write again. Margie".On View
