DescriptionKing's Rest Courts at 1816 North Fourth Street in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The black and white photo shows a single-story auto court with a filling station near the street entrance. There are dark clouds in the sky. A message on the back reads, "Albuquerque N. Mexico May 22 Dearest Elinor, We are having fine luck although it was rainy today. We saw the Grande Canyon and the Petrified Forest. They are surely wonderful. We are staying at this camp and it is sure a nice one. We came across the Divide and the dusty and ruff desert. Love. Write to- Evangeline Berger, Bucklin Kansas."
