DescriptionThis image depicts the entrance archway of the St. Anthony Home for Boys in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The archway itself is made of two brick pillars with a wooden sign with the words "St. Anthony Home for Boys" painted on it. The area immediately beyond the archway is shaded by a large tree. Beyond this is a courtyard with numerous children at play and one boy can be seen nearest the camera waving to the photographer. The courtyard itself consists of a cement pathway encircling a grassy area with a circle of bushes and shrubs in the center. The right side of the image is taken up by a large three-story building that is the main residence of the children housed there. The center portion of the building has a large steeple on its roof and several steps leading up it its front door.
