DescriptionWooden plaque in the shape of the state of New Mexico. A smaller square metal plate centered on the plaque reads: "BOB HOPE/Entertainer with a Heart/IN SUPPORT OF N.M. PEOPLE/SAVING LIVES/H.E.R.S./HEART ED. RESEARCH SOCIETY." There is a metal zia symbol in the lower left corner of the plaque. The Zia symbol is representative of the sun, and is a solid circle with four lines, or rays, emanating from each of the four main sides of the circle.
