DescriptionPalm-sized electronic device that is flat with rounded edges on the top and is round on the bottom. There is a needle behind glass the measures the light on the top. The bottom half of the device has a wheel with two concentric circles of information. The outer circle has white numbers on black square backgrounds from 1 to 27. The inner circle has black numbers on white square backgrounds followed by white numbers on red square backgrounds.
