DescriptionThis is a one peso bill made of a faded brown paper with black and red ink for the text, which is all in Spanish. The front has black images and designs. The top of the bill states that it was printed by the Provisional Government of Mexico. There is an image of an eagle eating a snake in the center (the symbol seen in the middle of the Mexican flag) with a decorative circle on one side and a woman holding grass in one palm and a stone tablet in the other palm on the other side. The tablet reads "Constitution, 1914, Mexico". There is a decorative border around the edge of the bill, as well as two circles with an ornate number "1" in the middle and the word "Peso" written inside. These circles are on all four corners of the bill. The bill also has different signatures printed on it, as well as red stamps with numbers, names and statements. On View
