DescriptionA tow truck lifts a stalled sedan from in front of Franklin's women's clothing store at 407 West Central Avenue in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. Both vehicles are snow-covered. The street has tracks in the snow where vehicles have driven along. A typed caption on the photograph reads, "Wreckers did a landslide business here Monday as motorists were balked in attempts to get anywhere. Slick wet snow stalled many autos at curbs in the heart of the city and minor collisions were numerous."
