DescriptionA pickup truck waits at the main security entrance to Los Alamos, New Mexico. There is a modern-style building next to the gates, which have chains across the entry bays that read, "Lane Closed". A man walks out of the doorway to the security building toward the truck. Cars are parked to the right of the building. The Jemez Mountains are in the background. A typed caption attached to the photograph reads, "The Main Gate at Los Alamos, New Mexico. Access by pass is permitted community residents, their social visitors, and persons having business in the community. The Jemez Mountains form the background."
