DescriptionA group of men work to load a chuck wagon in New Mexico. The wagon is being loaded with supplies. One man stands on top of the wagon and hauls a roll of canvas cloth up onto the top of the wagon where several other rolls of material are already stored. There are four men around the side of the chuck wagon, three helping to haul the roll onto the wagon and a fourth watching. A fifth man stands at the back of the wagon and cleans silverware. Another man stands in the background beside horses. The chuck wagon is wooden wheeled and has wooden storage drawers at the back. A metal washtub is on the ground beside the man cleaning the silverware. On View
