DescriptionAn interior view of the Airport Inn at the Albuquerque Airport located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The building was open all hours for airline customers. The interior dining is area filled with several tables and chairs in the foreground. Through the dining area, there is a half wall that leads back to the lounge with a brick fireplace. Light is coming in from windows on each side of the fireplace. The lounge has sofas and a mirror hung over the fireplace. There are beams and vigas on the ceiling, there are also two decorative lights hanging down. Handwriting on the front of photograph reads, "Airport Inn."
Handwriting on the back of the photograph reads, "Inn at Albuquerque Airport, Inc.showing lounge & dining room. Kitchen & extra rooms were off the main dining area. This tavern had a sun deck on top of the dining room overlooking the field.1929."
