DescriptionDesert Inn at 918 Central Avenue Southwest in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The two image postcard shows an exterior view of the motel sign and building on the left side and a view of swimmers at the outdoor swimming pool on the right. The sign is yellow with black lettering that reads "Desert Inn", below that sign is a second sign with a blue background and white letters outlined in red neon that reads "Dining Room". A marquee is on the bottom of the sign that reads, "For the lift of your life ride our tramway". The inn is a two-story U-shaped building with with white lattice-work along the balconies and breezeways. The outdoor swimming pool is kidney-shaped with a stone pool deck. Women in bikini swimsuits sit around the pool and a man stands in the water.On View
