DescriptionThe newly-constructed Barelas Bridge in Albuquerque, New Mexico crossing the Rio Grande. Two children stand on the western shore of the river in white button-down long sleeve shirts, knickerbockers, and newsboy flat caps. Three others sit beneath the bridge, and a few are on the bridge walking eastward. The bridge appears steel with metal rails and poles acting as coverings in segments above the bridge's base. The Sandia Mountains are in the distant eastern horizon. The bosque is bare, no trees in sight, rather dead shrubs and grasses surround the river's shoreline. On View
