DescriptionThe Barelas Bridge under construction with a wooden triangular tower built along the shoreline of the Rio Grande River in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Three ropes span from its top to the ground. Two men are at the top peek of the construction tower, one sitting, the other standing. More men surround the base of the structure along with a wagon. The Bosque is bare, no trees in sight, rather dead shrubs and grasses surround the river's shoreline.
