DescriptionThe John M. Moore residence at 1429 West Railroad Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. There is a large two-story home with a porch set into a shaded yard with big trees. Leaning on a tree to the home's right are two men in suits. On the porch sit two children and a man who leans on the railing.

Railroad Avenue is now called Central Avenue and runs east to west through downtown. Albuquerque. "Railroad Avenue" came from being located along the city's railway and depot. The name was changed between 1907 and 1908. Central Avenue also overlaps with sections of the historic Route 66 Highway.

Silver mirroring and emulsion deterioration is occurring on the glass plate creating color distortion and emulsion loss.
