DescriptionThree men, Marvin Brown, Frank Limbaugh, Bill Cutter, stand in front of an airplane on a paved runway. The picture was taken on the occasion of the delivery of a Beechcraft Twin Bonanza HH140. Limbaugh Aerial Surveys, Inc owns the plane. Marvin wears a short-sleeved button-down shirt and black slacks. Frank and Bill wear fedoras, white long-sleeved button-downs, and dark slacks. The airplane behind them is small and has a white top, a red belly with a black zigzag pattern down the center separating the colors. Frank Limbaugh owned F. M. Limbaugh Engineering and Limbaugh Aerial Surveys, Inc. in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
