DescriptionThis Metal clicker was made to promote Nixon's 1960 bid for the United States Presidency. Metal clickers were popular toys at the time of Richard Nixon's 1960 campaign. Nixon served one full term and resigned during his second term in 1974 after audio tapes confirmed his involvement in Watergate, a plot to break into his political opponent's office to steal important documents. Nixon is an important president in American history, as he is remembered for his administration's involvement in the Vietnam War, being the only president to resign and serving during the first moon landing in 1969. The clicker is all blue with an image of Richard Nixon's face, next to text that reads "CLICK / WITH / DICK."On View
