DescriptionThe new Fine Arts Building at the State Fair Grounds is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is a one-story stucco building in the Pueblo style. The building is still under construction. There is a man working in front of the building near a wheel barrow and construction machinery. In the left frame, there is a covered entry porch with posts and beams. There are windows across the front of the building with vigas above them. In the right frame, there is a ladder on the roof. Three immature trees are planted across the front yard. The photo is damaged.
