DescriptionThe new Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity house at Los Lomas and Villagra on the University of New Mexico campus in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The small one-story adobe building has window along the side and front. There is an entry under the cover porch. The porch has vigas and posts, it is in the center of the front of the building. There are two windows on each side of the porch, a couple on the right still need window panes installed. The area in front of the building is dirt.
