DescriptionThe new Fine Arts Building is located at the State Fair Grounds in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is a one level adobe building under construction. The adobe bricks are still visible. Several men are working on the top of the building. There is no roof yet. There are several openings across the front of the building without windows. In the foreground, there are small dirt piles, pieces of wood and construction materials. There are also two mature trees in front of the building.On View
