DescriptionThis object is a pair of Hartmann Alligator Forceps, used to remove foreign objects located in narrow or hard-to-reach places. The jaws are offset from the handles at an obtuse angle located at the hinge and are locked together. Moving the handles opens and closes a very small portion at the tips of the jaws, which have flat surfaces on the inside. Small amounts of rust are visible near the hinge and towards the base of the ring handles.
