DescriptionThis identification tag is shaped like a rectangle and is made of cardboard covered with clear plastic. The tag is yellow on the top quarter and bottom quarter. On the top, black text reads "WELCOME TO / ROCHESTER" with a seal to right. The seal has decorative writing in the middle and the words "ROCHESTER CONVENTION AND PUBLICITY BUREAU INC. 1932" written along the inside curve. The bottom edge has black text reading "AMERICA'S FRIENDLIEST CITY." The middle of the tag is white with faded grey text that reads "W. A. WESTERFIELD / CHIEF / ALBUQUERQUE, N. MEX."
