DescriptionThis badge is made of gold and red metal and red fabric. At the top of the badge is a rectangular piece of metal with a gold border and red inlay. The metal creates a border around a faded white piece of paper with black text. The text contains the name "W. A. WESTERFIELD / CHIEF / ALBUQUERQUE." Attached to this is a red ribbon in the shape of a verticle rectangle with gold lettering. The ribbon has been cut at two angles at the bottom edge. The text gives information about the "26TH ANNUAL / CONVENTION" and the "19TH FIRE COLLEGE / OF THE / NEW MEXICO STATE / FIREMEN'S / ASSOCIATION."
