DescriptionThis ribbon badge is red and gold, made of both fabric and metal. There is a rectangular peice of gold metal at the top of the pin which the ribbon connects to. The ribbon is red in color with gold lettering printed on. It is also shaped like a verticle rectangle and is slightly fraying on the bottom. The lettering on the ribbon states that the pin is for the "16TH ANNUAL / CONVENTION / AND / 9TH FIRE COLLEGE" of the "NEW MEXICO / STATE FIREMEN'S / ASSOCIATION." The event took place in "CARLSBAD N.M." on "MAY 16-17-18 / 1938." The text is arranged so that each section is situated on top of each other in a verticle format.On View
