Attached to this is a red ribbon in the shape of a verticle rectangle with gold letting printed on. The lettering states that this pin is for the "27TH ANNUAL / CONVENTION," which was hosted by the "NEW MEXICO / FIREMEN'S / ASSOCIATION."
