DescriptionThis badge is nade of metal, plastic, and ribbon. At the top of the pin is a circular plastic piece with a red color and gold lettering. There is text along both the top and bottom curves of the circle that states "STATE FIREMEN'S ASSN." Inside the circle is a printed image of an axe, ladder, and bugle crossed at the middle behind a fireman's helmet. Attached to this pin is a red ribbon with white lettering printed on. The lettering gives information about the "10TH ANNUAL / FIRE COLLEGE" from the "NEW MEXICO / STATE / FIREMAN'S / ASSOCIATION." There is also text at the bottom that gives the location of the event in "LAS VEGAS, N. MEX." on "JUNE 19-20-21, / 1939." The bottom of the ribbon narrows to point where a gold metal fireman's helmet is attached. The helmet is pointed with the visor downwards and there is the same symbol engraved on the visor as on the pin on the top.On View
