DescriptionAn eleven-member family poses in the Cobb Studio for a group portrait in Albuquerque, New Mexico. There are two young children standing in front of the group. Three people sit in chairs in the center of the group, one holds a baby. the center figure sitting is the elder matriarch. Four more adults stand behind and one holds a child. Three standing adults wear three-piece suits with white collars and ties. All other adults wear shirtwaist and princess line style outfits. The two children standing in the front wear matching spotted dresses with multi-strand beaded necklaces and have bows in their hair. The baby is wrapped in a white, lace trimmed blanket and wears a dark long-sleeved outfit. The child held in the back row wears a light-colored long sleeve with a flouncing collar and large bowtie. There is a fur shaggy rug beneath the group's feet.On View
