DescriptionThis image depicts eroded land near Rio Puerco south of Albuquerque, New Mexico. This image depicts area as seen from the west. The foreground of the image is taken up by a large group of water plants sticking out of the dry soil. The midground is taken up by steep walls of water eroded dirt. These walls stretch into the background where several large hills lead up to a mesa.
