DescriptionThis image depicts several eroded slopes near Rio Puerco south of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The right side of the frame is taken up by the edge of a small dirt embankment suffering from water erosion. At the bottom of this embankment is a large collection of river plants. Beyond this, in the background, the eroded upwards slope of a hill is visible. In the immediate foreground, a barbed wire fence can be seen running from left to right.
