DescriptionPortrait of Mrs. W. J. Corbin and her sister seated side-by-side in Cobb Studio in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Mrs. Corbin is on the right and wears a high-necked lace trimmed dress with a black fitted coat. Her checks are sprinkled with freckles. Her sister wears a light-colored, princess-line style outfit with a high-neck tailored dress, corset, and bustle. A long pin with a pearl-like bead fastens her high collar closed. She also has a long chain necklace with a round pendant poking out from the dress's clasps. Both women's hair is pulled back into chignon buns with curled bangs and the top hair arranged high.
