DescriptionA small, one-story adobe home sits behind a large tree and sidewalk. The residence belongs to John S. Beaven at what is now 327 North Fourth Street at the Northwest corner of Lomas Boulevard (formerly New York Avenue) in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. The address on the front of the home to the right of the door says, "519." The foundation of the home is made of stone bricks and there is ivy crawling up the side of the home. The front of the house has a screened in adobe porch. There is a chimney stack in the back coming from the hip and valley styled roof.

Emulsion deterioration is occurring on the glass plate creating loss in the image.
