DescriptionInterior of Schulte Grocery at 225 North Fourth Street in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Four men are standing inside the store, with August Hugo Schulte standing second from right. The shelves are stacked with canned goods and there are glass display cases on top of wooden counters. A large scale is on the counter to the left of the frame. There are cardboard boxes of produce on a long wooden pallet bench and cardboard boxes of other grocery items along the right of the main aisle of the store. A row of brooms is on top of the display shelves along the left wall. The ceiling is decorative tin. The floor is wooden planked.
