DescriptionThis is a faded green card with black typed writing and brown handwriting. It is a certificate documenting that Hugo Schulte registered with the Local Board. The top of the certificate contains a capitalized title and a central image of an eagle in front of a heraldic shield. Below this is a script with spaces for signatures and dates.
