DescriptionWooden frames for the construction of new sidewalks line a street in Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences), New Mexico. Piles of dirt are along the left side of the wooden framing. A graded dirt road runs to the right of the framing. The improvements of the road and construction of the sidewalks were part of projects with the New Deal.
